Justin May is a Trust Officer at our Cayman office, joining HIGHVERN as part of an acquisition in 2022, dealing primarily with Cayman Islands’ trusts, directorships and related corporate services. He served his three years of articles working with KPMG (Johannesburg) in the Financial Services Division and qualified as an Charted Accountant in the South Africa in 2018. In the same year he joined KPMG (Cayman Islands) as an audit senior in the Asset Management Audit Division where he focused on the audit of Private Equity and Asset Management entities. After two years he moved to the KPMG (Cayman Islands) Deal Advisory, Restructuring Division where he focused on Voluntary and Official Liquidations of both onshore and offshore entities.
