Design a Bookmark Starring Your Favourite Character
After last year’s incredible response — and a wave of requests from parents, teachers and even grandparents for copies of the winning bookmarks — HIGHVERN is thrilled to bring back its much-loved Bookmark Design Competition, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Jersey Festival of Words.
This year, we’re inviting students in Years 3 to 8 to create a bookmark design that celebrates their favourite book character. Whether it’s a daring detective, a magical creature, or a character that’s your favourite, we want to see the stories that have sparked imagination, laughter or adventure.

Submissions will be judged by members of the HIGHVERN team, and the deadline for entries is Friday 20 June.
