Position
Key Accountabilities:
- Review and manage the output from the overnight screening tool, work with the client teams to address any material matters and escalate relevant items to the Senior Administrator and Associate Director Risk and Compliance
- Conduct Client Reviews to a high standard in line with the approved timeframes ensuring connected reviews are completed together
- Conduct AML Event Driven Reviews to a high standard as required
- Ensure that all review findings are recorded and escalated appropriately
- Assist the Senior Compliance Administrator in preparing accurate and up to date management information for monthly Group and quarterly Board reporting
- Support the Senior Compliance Administrator and Associate Director of Risk and Compliance in ensuring that all regulatory returns are accurately completed and submitted in line with the prescribed deadlines
- Maintain accurate and complete regulatory registers
- Provide support to the Senior Compliance Administrator and Associate Director of Risk and Compliance to ensure high quality and effective internal training is provided to all employees on risk and compliance matters
- Undertake the Compliance Monitoring Programme with supervision from the Compliance Senior Administrator and Associate Director of Risk and Compliance
- Perform screening on all new or updated sanction regimes as required
- Provide support for ad hoc projects, as and when required

- Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills are essential
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail, are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
