Joining Roger in leading the team, directors, Mark Ait-Hocine and Julie Yacyshyn strengthen the Cayman offering with their expertise in private wealth and trust structuring, dealing with complex client needs and diverse structures including foundation companies and the holding of digital assets.

In a series of recent senior hires reflecting the growth of the Cayman business, Conrad Proud joined as Client Director. A member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and a council member of the Cayman Islands branch of STEP, Conrad contributes to HIGHVERN’s expanding expertise. Together, they ensure every client engagement is handled with top professionalism and depth of knowledge that is second to none.

Head of Operations, Tom Mylott, plays a key role in HIGHVERN’s growth and evolution. Tom’s operational expertise is essential to the company’s reputation for reliability, ensuring clients benefit from efficient, streamlined services.

Jonathan Hawkes and Matt Arvier round out this experienced team, each bringing unique expertise across various areas of fiduciary and corporate services. On the funds side, Dawn Howe and Paul Smith leverage their extensive commercial experience in the provision of independent fund directorships for leading global institutions and structures.
