HIGHVERN BOOSTS IRISH MARKET STRATEGY WITH KEY LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

HIGHVERN, a global provider of fund administration, private wealth, and corporate services, has announced the appointments of Emma Keane as Country Head and Adrian Bailie as Head of Corporate and Capital Markets in its Ireland office, based in Dublin. This strategic move reflects the company’s growth and commitment to building its business in Ireland.

Emma Keane, who brings 17 years of experience in the funds industry, joined HIGHVERN as a Director in 2021 with a vision to establish a strong Irish footprint in the Corporate Services and Fund Administration space. Emma has been instrumental in the development and strategic direction of the Irish business and as the newly appointed Country Head, she will be responsible for managing the overall administration and operations within the jurisdiction, while also continuing her work in Funds operations to drive regional success. Emma said, “I am excited to take on this expanded role at such an exciting time for HIGHVERN. We remain focussed on our core offering providing best in class fund administration services to Alternative Investment Funds as well as SPVs. We have built a strong, experienced team to support our increasing number of clients, with new hiring on the horizon to complement our capabilities further.”

Adrian Bailie, a highly accomplished chartered accountant with over two decades of experience in the sector, has been instrumental in working with a diverse range of corporate, institutional, fund, and SPV clients. Since joining HIGHVERN in 2022 as a Director in the Corporate and Fund Services business, Adrian has been focused on advancing the company’s expansion into the Irish SPV marketplace. In his new role, he will lead on Corporate and Capital Markets, overseeing client relationships, business development, and operational excellence in the region, while closely working with the Group Head of Institutional Services based in the UK. Adrian said, “I am looking forward to leading the Corporate and Capital Markets development in Ireland. Our strengths lie in providing a high-quality client experience through a senior, dedicated team that understands client needs helping them navigate the complexities of the financial landscape.”

Since launching its funds business in Dublin in 2022, HIGHVERN has progressively built its presence in the Irish market, recognising it as a key jurisdiction for the Group’s funds business. These appointments and expanding roles group-wide, reflect the growth the company has experienced in the past two years since establishing operations in Ireland. HIGHVERN now comprises over 160 employees across six jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the UK, Switzerland, and Ireland.
