Adrian is the Head of Corporate and Capital Markets in Ireland, focusing on expanding into the local SPV market. He joined HIGHVERN in January 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Adrian specialises in private debt and capital markets. His expertise includes structured finance transactions, securitisations, private debt funds, and alternative asset structures. Adrian has also served on the boards of various Irish SPV structures.
Before joining HIGHVERN, Adrian spent 5 years as a senior director in the Debt and Capital Markets business at a FTSE 250 fund administration firm. Previously, he held the position of Head of Accounting for the Irish Corporate Services business at a major multinational financial institution. Adrian began his career at KPMG in Audit and Advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Finance from Trinity College in Dublin.
