Adrian Bailie joined HIGHVERN in January 2022 as a director in the Corporate and Fund Services Business with the primary focus to promote HIGHVERN’s expansion into the Irish SPV market place.

Adrian is a highly accomplished chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry working with a wide range of corporate, institutional, fund and SPV clients. Adrian specialises in private debt and capital markets and has extensive expertise in the administration and corporate governance of structured finance transactions, securitisations, private debt funds and alternative asset structures. Adrian also has significant experience in acting as a board member to a variety of Irish SPV structures.

Adrian joined HIGHVERN after spending 5 years with a FTSE 250 fund administration firm as a senior director in the Debt and Capital Markets business. Prior to this role, Adrian worked at a major multinational financial institution, as Head of Accounting for the Irish Corporate Services business.

Adrian started his career in the Audit and Advisory business of KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Business and Finance from Trinity College in Dublin.
