Emma is the Country Head at HIGHVERN’s Ireland office. She joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing administration and operations within the jurisdiction, including establishing a robust Irish presence in Corporate Services and Fund Administration.
Emma is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with over 17 years of experience in the Irish funds industry across regulated and unregulated fund structures. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in European Business and French from Dublin City University and Reims Management School, France.
Her early career spanned roles in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Financial Reporting within the Irish funds industry. Emma later advanced to a senior Director position in the SPV alternative investment space. She has also served as a Director for several Irish domiciled structures, specializing in debt finance and real estate strategies. Emma actively follows the evolving role of ESG factors in the investment industry.
