Ronan joined HIGHVERN as part of the acquisition of Oak Fund Services in Guernsey and is a Director within the Funds & Corporate team. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, he brings extensive experience gained across the fund administration, audit and tax advisory sectors, advising alternative investment structures and corporate clients on a wide range of technical, financial and governance matters.
Ronan specialises in supporting private equity, real estate and other alternative investment structures, combining strong technical knowledge with practical commercial insight. Throughout his career, he has also held specialist responsibilities for valuation, technical training and professional development, helping to develop best practice and technical excellence within the organisations he has worked for.
