James joined HIGHVERN in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Oak Fund Services in Guernsey and is Head of Funds, Guernsey.
With over 20 years’ experience, James has extensive knowledge of investment and wealth management structures across a wide variety of asset classes.
Before joining HIGHVERN, he spent four years leading the fund administration team at Oak.
Throughout his career, James has held numerous directorship positions for management and investment companies and board positions for operating companies in the Channel Islands and in the UK. He has significant experience working with complex structures and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.
James has a keen interest in sustainability-related developments and broader industry trends and recently became certified as Carbon Literate.
