Nicole joined HIGHVERN as part of the acquisition of Oak Fund Services in Guernsey and brings more than 20 years’ experience in corporate governance and company secretarial services.
She has developed deep expertise supporting complex fund structures, including listed investment companies, regulated investment vehicles and multi-jurisdictional arrangements. Nicole is a trusted adviser to boards and investment managers, providing governance and company secretarial support to sophisticated alternative investment structures operating within demanding regulatory environments.
Nicole is recognised for her practical, client-focused approach and extensive governance expertise. A strong advocate for best practice, she combines technical knowledge with a commitment to delivering robust governance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Her experience includes working with governance frameworks such as the AIC Code of Corporate Governance and the Guernsey Finance Sector Code of Corporate Governance, as well as board administration, conflicts of interest management, EU and UK Market Abuse Regulation compliance, director onboarding and corporate transactions.
