Matthew Jones

Matthew joined HIGHVERN in 2025 as a Client Director within the Cayman Private Capital team. He brings over 19 years of experience delivering governance and administration services to investment funds and holding structures for boutique managers, investment banks, institutional investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining HIGHVERN, Matthew worked at a Jersey-based governance services provider, where he specialized in directorship, trustee, and corporate services for one of the firm’s cornerstone clients. Before that, he spent 11 years with a leading fund and corporate services provider in Jersey, managing several multijurisdictional client relationships focused on private equity, private debt, and real estate investments.
