Martin is the Executive Chairman of Highvern and Permian since January 2026, following his role as Group Chief Executive. With over 30 years of senior-level experience in the wealth management industry, he has led businesses across investment management, private banking, and fiduciary services, with a proven track record in strategic leadership and growth. Martin’s career spans London, Italy (where he is fluent in Italian), Switzerland, the Caribbean, and the Isle of Man. His expertise also includes international corporate and retail banking, as well as consumer and asset finance.
