Louise James

Louise joined HIGHVERN in 2023 as the Group Head of HR, with responsibility for enhancing the group’s people and talent strategies. Louise brings substantial experience to HIGHVERN from banking, funds and corporate services sectors where she held senior HR positions with regional responsibility for Europe, North American and Asia. She has lived and worked in several countries including the UK, Kuwait, Jersey, South Africa, and Hong Kong. Louise has previously completed a 5-year term on the Jersey Employment Tribunal and holds an MSc in HR Management and Development from Manchester University.
