Justin May is a Trust Officer at our Cayman office, he joined in February 2022, when the business operated under its predecessor. He deals primarily with Cayman Islands’ trusts and directorships services.
Justin qualified as a Charted Accountant in the South Africa and has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He started his career working in the financial services and asset management division at an international audit firm and has worked in South Africa, London and the Cayman Islands. Justin also has experience in the Deal Advisory and Restructuring Division where he focused on Voluntary and Official Liquidations of both onshore and offshore entities.
Since moving into the private client sector, he has focused on trustee services and is part of the fiduciary team providing directorship services to fund, structured finance, and other special purpose vehicles.
