Hugo is Director of HIGHVERN’s UK office. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2025 to help expand the company’s presence in the UK and develop its footprint in the local market.
With close to a decade of experience in financial services, Hugo has developed extensive knowledge in capital markets, fund administration, family offices and corporate services. Hugo has also served on the boards of various UK SPV structures.
Before joining HIGHVERN, Hugo spent more than 4 years as Director and then Managing Director at a Dutch boutique corporate services provider, in charge of their expansion and development on the UK market. Previously, he worked as a consultant for an analytics business, helping his clients improve their strategies and source new investment opportunities in capital markets. With proven experience in client-facing positions, Hugo has developed a strong network of advisors, managers and investors in the UK and abroad.
He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
