Dwayne Mahrer

Dwayne joined HIGHVERN in 2026 as part of the acquisition of Oak Fund Services in Guernsey.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the fund administration and insurance sectors, Dwayne has developed extensive operational expertise supporting a broad range of regulated and unregulated fund and corporate structures. His experience spans London-listed debt and private equity investment companies, alternative asset and real estate structures and licensed investment management businesses, and he has served on the boards of a number of regulated entities.

Dwayne has significant experience navigating complex regulatory and compliance requirements, including AIFMD, FATCA/CRS reporting and Guernsey Economic Substance regulations. Known for his pragmatic and client-focused approach, he works closely with boards, investment managers and other stakeholders to deliver robust governance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
