
HIGHVERN is delighted to announce the appointment of Colm Clifford as an Irish Independent Non-Executive Director. Colm will join the board as an INED and Chair, alongside Ireland Country Head, Philip Dempsey, and fellow Directors Emma Keane and Adrian Bailie, to strengthen the Irish proposition in its fund services business.
Colm is a former KPMG Audit Partner of over 25 years, holding various senior leadership roles specialising in the Financial Services. He has extensive industry experience in asset management, structured finance products, and treasury. Colm is currently active in the Irish INED market and is a board member of basis.point, the leading charity of the Irish funds industry and wider ecosystem.
Colm said: “I am delighted to join HIGHVERN’s Irish fund services business as their Independent Director as the group continues to implement its international expansion strategy. I am very much looking forward to supporting the growth of the Irish business.”

HIGHVERN launched its Irish business, with offices in Dublin, in January 2022. The group also has a presence in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the UK and Switzerland.
