HIGHVERN, an award-winning fiduciary and fund administrator, has announced another first for Jersey’s finance industry by partnering with BoardEffect to provide a digital board management solution. Owned by Diligent Corporation, BoardEffect has a client base of more than 14,000 organisations in over 90 countries, now including Jersey.
“Being a tech-focussed business, it was essential for us to find the perfect digital solution when upgrading our current platform. For us, BoardEffect integrated seamlessly with our existing set up and we are pleased to be the first administrator to bring this software to the island.” said James Bryant, Head of Fund Operations.
HIGHVERN was the first to bring fund accounting system Altareturn (now Allvue) to Jersey back in 2018, and has continued this philosophy of seeking out the latest and best technology to service its growing client base.
