HIGHVERN is delighted to bring back its much-loved Bookmark Design Competition for 2026, as part of the Jersey Festival of Words.
This year, we’re inviting students in Years 3 to 8 to design a bookmark inspired by Jersey and their favourite place to read. Whether it’s curled up at home, sitting by the sea, tucked away in a quiet corner of the library, or exploring corners of the Islands, we want to see the places where stories come to life for you.
Madhu Dhir Singh, Marketing Lead at HIGHVERN, said:
“We had such fantastic feedback from last year’s competition, including from proud families who loved collecting the bookmarks. As principal sponsor of the Jersey Festival of Words, we’re passionate about celebrating reading and creativity, and this year’s theme is a wonderful way to connect storytelling with the unique places that inspire us here in Jersey.”
