HIGHVERN, a leading international provider of fund services, corporate and private capital solutions, has announced a series of mid-year promotions across its Jersey and Cayman offices.
The promotions come as HIGHVERN continues its growth as part of the broader HIGHVERN and Permian Group. The business currently employs approximately 340 people across eight jurisdictions and, subject to regulatory approval of the merger with Luxembourg-based fund administrator Pandoo and the acquisition of Guernsey-based fund services provider Oak, the combined business is expected to grow to more than 430 people across nine jurisdictions.
Recognising outstanding performance and contribution across the business, the latest ten promotions span fund administration, corporate services, private client services, risk and compliance, and technology in Jersey and the Cayman Islands. Together, they reflect Group’s commitment to developing talent and investing in the people who are driving the firm’s continued success.

The announcement follows a period of senior hiring at Group level. Jason Burgoyne has recently joined the Group as Chief Operating Officer, and Anne Stories has been appointed Head of Cayman and Funds America. These are two strategic appointments that further strengthen leadership and the Group’s focus on growth across key markets this year.
The promotions come as HIGHVERN looks ahead to an active second half of 2026, with continued investment in its people and technology, and the anticipated completion of its transactions with Pandoo and Oak, subject to regulatory approval.
