Congratulations to our Group CEO, Caroline Connellan on being named one of eprivateclient’s 2026 Most Influential – a well-deserved recognition of her leadership and contribution to the industry.
In the two months since joining the Group, Caroline has already visited several of our offices, meeting colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and, most recently, the Cayman Islands. Taking the time to connect with teams and understand the business first‑hand has been an excellent start to her time with HIGHVERN and Permian.
She also recently brought together our senior leadership team in the UK for an offsite focused on strengthening collaboration across the Group and shaping priorities for 2026. Meanwhile, the Group has continued to build momentum, including welcoming the PANDOO team in Luxembourg into the business, an exciting step that further strengthens our international offering.
A strong focus on people, clients and opportunity has defined the start of the year.
As we mark International Women’s Day this week, it also feels like the right moment to acknowledge Caroline’s impact and leadership.
