Role Purpose

Support and deliver the firm’s marketing strategy across multiple jurisdictions, aligning activity with commercial priorities. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing, communications and BD enablement, this role works closely with the Associate Director – Marketing & Communications and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers a broad range of marketing activity across campaigns, brand, communications, events and digital channels, adapting to evolving business needs
  • Works across multiple workstreams simultaneously, supporting priorities across jurisdictions and service lines
  • Manages the Group's social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn — including content, scheduling, engagement and performance reporting
  • Produces written and visual content across formats including articles, posts, graphics, presentations, e-newsletters and pitch materials
  • Maintains a full suite of marketing literature including brochures, factsheets, credentials, case studies and BD assets
  • Drafts PR content and client communications; supports delivery of the internal communications programme
  • Supports the delivery of the Group's rebranding programme, maintaining brand guidelines and liaising with agencies
  • Works with Directors to coordinate campaigns, pitches and new business initiatives
  • Coordinates and delivers events, managing logistics, invitations and follow-up
  • Assists in managing sponsorship activity and maximising visibility from partnerships
  • Manages day-to-day agency relationships, including briefing suppliers and tracking spend against budget

 Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varied audiences and formats
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing platforms and similar tools
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva; confident in PowerPoint
  • Experience managing agencies and multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Good understanding of how marketing supports BD in a professional services environment

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • CIM qualification or equivalent desirable
  • Minimum 5-8 years' marketing experience, ideally in professional or financial services
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management, content production and events coordination
