Dawn Howe is a Director of HIGHVERN Fiduciary Cayman Limited, having joined the firm’s predecessor in January 2018. Dawn is admitted as a solicitor in both England and Wales and the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining HIGHVERN, Dawn served for several years as a partner at each of the 2 largest law firms in the Cayman Islands, working in their respective investment funds teams.
Dawn has served on various subcommittees of AIMA Cayman, was previously Chair of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of AIMA Cayman and has also served on the Cayman Finance Investment Funds Sub-Committee where she chaired the Investment Funds Regulatory Working Group.
Dawn currently provides independent directorship services to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, whose structures utilise a wide range of alternative investment strategies operating in both established and emerging markets. She holds a Bsc, Accounting and Law (Joint Honours) from Southampton University in the UK and is licensed as a director under the Directors Registration and Licensing Act of the Cayman Islands.
