J. Paul Drake qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England in 1995 and worked for KPMG Cayman Islands from 1997 to 2004. During this time Paul oversaw a comprehensive range of services and specialised in cross-border transactions involving the utilisation of complex structures and managed the provision of directorial and trustee services. In 2004, Paul successfully orchestrated a management buyout of Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. where he spent 9 years as a Director helping to build the business and expand the range of services offered. Paul acts as a Consultant to the HIGHVERN group following its acquisition of Genesis in 2022.
Paul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. Paul is also a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands and a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
