Ellen is an Associate Director in the Group Secretariat and Governance team, responsible for overseeing the group’s regulatory boards, internal fora and committees and internal corporate governance arrangements. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 11 years’ with experience previous managing family office relationships and administering private trust companies before moving into a secretariat and governance role. In addition, she is the chair of our group ESG Committee.
Ellen has been named in the ePrivateclient Top 35 under 35 list for 4 years and the Citywealth future leaders awards for 2019.

- IFA Level 5 Diploma - The Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ICSA)
- Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management - The Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI)
