Expanding HIGHVERN appoints Chief Operating Officer

HIGHVERN has made a new appointment to its senior leadership team, recruiting Anna Malorey into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Anna will initially co-ordinate the implementation phase of HIGHVERN’s recent acquisitions and new office openings as the group continues to grow and expand into a number of new jurisdictions.

Anna, who is a Chartered Accountant, joins the multi award-winning private wealth, fund, and corporate services provider with a strong track record of delivering complex change in the offshore sector.  Her role at HIGHVERN will call upon that experience whilst also continuing to focus on extending the firm’s reputation for delivering high levels of client service

In January, HIGHVERN announced the opening of a new office in Dublin targeting the corporate and funds services markets, as well as the acquisition of Noble Trust Company with offices in Guernsey and Switzerland.

Martin Hall, HIGHVERN Chief Executive, commented: “Anna’s operational and multi-jurisdictional experience are a great fit given the implementation and integration task ahead of us right now. She is already making a significant difference and her skill set will serve all parts of the larger group as we each extend our reach further still.”

Anna added: “HIGHVERN’s plans are particularly exciting, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity of joining a firm that is building such a market-leading reputation for expertise and true excellence in client service.”
