Position

Key Accountabilities:


  • Responsibility for all bookkeeping on three nominated structures.
  • Additional bookkeeping-related tasks to assist across the PW team.
  • Assistance with accounting-related reporting tasks.
  • Collaborative working with the External Accounting Resource to enhance learning, efficiency and reliability.
  • Contribution to building, and adherence with, robust company finance policies and procedures in line with accounting standards.
  • High quality support to other projects requiring the role holder’s specific expertise.
  • Highly motivational behavioural role modelling of Company vision and values.

Requirements

  • Compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Maintenance of CPD and up to date technical awareness.
  • Effective contribution to Client Services Team.
  • Meet utilisation and time recording targets.
  • Support training and technical development of colleagues.

Other information

  • Bookkeeping experience in trust and company administration.
  • Excellent data handling and software literacy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in presentation and verbal form.
  • Consistent track record of delivering on objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
